We do not act as insurers ourselves but facilitate insurance arrangements with authorised insurance companies.
Users of our services agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of Germany, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
